EASY—CHEESY—VELVEETA CASSEROLE

This may be an ‘original’…..I do not remember where this came from.  I am inclined to think it came from someone in the family who loved VELVEETA cheese!

Let’s talk about Velveeta cheese for a moment.  It’s been around a very long time, and it never goes on sale—-why?  Because there is nothing else like it on earth, and probably never will be.

Oh, the food-police badmouthed it for years, but people kept on using it for smooth dips and great casseroles.

Again, there is nothing on this earth like VELVEETA!

SO HERE WE GO….

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of ground meat, browned off and drained

2 regular 14 oz. cans of Stewed Tomatoes

1 small package of Velveeta cheese

1 bag of extra wide noodles (I only use quality egg noodles)

Brown off your ground meat and cook your noodles—-make sure noodles are not too soft as this casserole has to be baked in the oven.

Place noodles, browned beef in casserole dish then add entire cans of stewed tomatoes

Mix well

Sliced up the Velveeta cheese and layer on top of casserole

Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
